Refunds.

A portrait is made to your photograph and to the manner you approve. Framed editions are goods made to the collector’s specification. The usual right to cancel for a change of mind does not apply to them once the commission is settled. If a framed edition arrives damaged, the studio will replace it.

You approve the proof before anything is printed. That approval is the point at which the image is accepted for the edition. A later change of manner is a new commission.

The digital file is supplied once the portrait has been prepared after payment. By downloading it you ask for supply to begin and acknowledge that the right to cancel may then end, as the law allows for digital content. If the file is faulty, the studio will correct it.

A gift voucher that has not been used may be refunded on request. A voucher that has settled a commission follows the terms of that commission.
